1.2. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
By accessing OnTime, users confirm that they have read and fully accept these Terms. Users who do not accept them must stop using OnTime and give up the services it offers.
1.3. Scope
These Terms apply to all use of the platform, whatever the user's country of origin. They are governed by the laws in force in the countries where the application is used.
1.4. Changes to the Terms of Use
OnTime may change these Terms at any time, without notice. The amended Terms take effect as soon as they are changed and apply to all users and professionals, whenever they registered with OnTime.
2. Description of the service
2.1. Purpose of the OnTime platform
OnTime is an application for professionals who want to manage their appointments and organise their work efficiently. Its features include appointment scheduling, waiting-time tracking, note-taking, a performance dashboard and assistant access management.
2.2. How it works
Users access OnTime's services through the on-time.pro website, where they can, among other things:
- - Manage appointments with clients;
- - Track waiting times;
- - View the history of visits and notes;
- - Set up custom fields for client records;
- - Follow key figures on a dashboard;
- - Manage colleagues' access rights;
- - Find available slots automatically.
2.3. Limitations
OnTime is not responsible for the quality of the services professionals provide. The application plays no part in the contractual relationship between a professional and their client.
3. Roles and responsibilities
Professionals are responsible for the data they enter (notes, history, appointments). OnTime does not check the content of the information recorded. Users are responsible for the information they enter in the application and agree to comply with the regulations on collecting and using their clients' personal data.
4. Access and registration
Using the platform requires an account, created either online on the on-time.pro website or by the OnTime team. Professionals can invite assistants with limited access to appointment management. Each user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
5. Limitation of liability
OnTime cannot be held liable for misuse of the platform, unauthorised access, or data loss caused by the use of external services.
5.1. Availability of OnTime
OnTime aims to provide uninterrupted access to its Services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, because of the constraints inherent in the internet and third-party technologies, availability cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Access to the Services is provided on a best-efforts basis. OnTime therefore cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability, malfunction or disruption, whatever the cause.
5.2. Changes to OnTime
OnTime may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time and without notice, temporarily or permanently, in particular for technical or maintenance reasons or as the service evolves. Users cannot claim any compensation for this.
5.3. User responsibility
Users remain fully responsible for how they use the OnTime application and the services available through it. Any use that is improper, abusive or contrary to these Terms is their sole responsibility. If a third party makes a claim, raises a dispute or takes legal action in connection with such use, the user agrees to bear all the consequences, including any costs and damages. OnTime cannot under any circumstances be held liable for its Users' wrongful or unlawful conduct.
5.4. Force majeure
OnTime cannot be held liable if it is prevented from performing, or delayed in performing, any of its obligations because of force majeure, including natural disasters, fires, and failures or interruptions of the telecommunications or electricity networks.
6. Suspension or deletion
The publisher of OnTime may suspend or delete any user account, temporarily or permanently, in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, fraudulent behaviour, abusive or unethical use, or a threat to the security or integrity of the platform. This decision may be taken without notice or compensation.
7. Intellectual property
All content, interfaces, logos and features of the application are the exclusive property of OnTime. Any reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
