Weddings get booked months ahead. Open your diary up to a year in advance and a bride can request her date as soon as she knows it.

Requests you approve first

Every online booking is a request. You see the date, the service and the client's note before you accept, and the note is where they can tell you it's a wedding in Saly with four bridesmaids.

Minimum notice keeps last-minute requests away. Set it to 24 or 48 hours if you need time to prepare.

The look, kept on file

Skin type, allergies, foundation shade, the look chosen at the trial: keep them as fields on the record. With a Documents pack, attach the photo from the trial, so the wedding morning starts from the right picture.

A reminder before the big day

SMS · OnTime

Reminder: appointment with Ines tomorrow Oct 18 at 7:30 AM. OnTime Click here to cancel: on-time.pro/a/Lc3dF6gBv9

The text goes out at noon the day before, in French or English depending on the client's number. For a 7:30 wedding call, it's the message that stops anyone oversleeping.
