Tutoring

Booking software for tutors and tutoring centres

A tutor's diary fills up in September and changes every term. OnTime keeps it straight: parents book from your link, each lesson has its length, and the reminder goes to whoever made the booking.

A trial lesson is a good service to leave open online. Longer revision courses you may prefer to arrange with the family first.

Who books, and who gets the text

Whoever books gives their name and number, and that phone gets the reminder. When a parent books for a child, the record is created under the parent's number. Add the learner's first name and school year to it as fields.

Level and progress for each learner

  • School year and subjects as fields.
  • The last test mark as a number field, if you track it.
  • A note after each lesson: what you covered, what to practise.

A centre with several tutors

Each tutor gets an agenda, and parents choose the tutor or the subject. The centre's manager sees on the dashboard how many lessons each tutor gave and which subjects fill up first.
