Frequently asked questions
No. Your price doesn't change with the number of appointments, services or clients. To prevent abuse, you simply set how many online bookings each calendar can take per day.
Anyone with their own calendar. Assistants and team calendars are free, and a professional added mid-period is billed pro rata.
The person who manages the subscription turns each add-on on or off for each professional, from your settings. You only pay for an add-on for the people who have it.
The add-on pauses for that professional until the first of the next month, then picks up again. There's nothing extra to buy.
By card in countries that pay in euros, dollars, pounds or Swiss francs, with VAT added at checkout, and by mobile money in Africa. Either way, you get an invoice for each period and nothing is taken automatically. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free.
To keep going, you pay your first invoice. If you don't, your access is paused and your data is kept.
Every practice gets its own referral link, available from the trial onwards. When a colleague signs up with it and stays subscribed for two months, you get US$34.99 off, taken from a future monthly invoice. They get US$17.50 off their first full month. There's no limit on how many practices you can refer.
